If you are planning to take the NPLEX Part II – Clinical Science Examinations in August 2026 and will not be able to complete graduation requirements before the exam administration, NABNE must receive a letter of pre-verification from your school indicating that you are on track to graduate no later than October 31, 2026. Upon receipt of this letter of pre-verification, no later than July 10, 2026, you will be approved to take the Part II examinations in August 2026.

Your exam results will not be released, however, until NABNE receives confirmation from your school, no later than October 31, 2026, that you completed all requirements for graduation. If, by October 31, 2026, NABNE does not receive a letter verifying that you have completed all requirements for graduation, the results from the examination(s) you take in August 2026 will be nullified.
