If you are planning to take the NPLEX Part II – Clinical Science Examinations in February 2026 and will not be able to complete graduation requirements before the exam administration, NABNE must receive a letter of pre-verification from your school indicating that you are on track to graduate no later than April 30, 2026. Upon receipt of this letter of pre-verification, no later than January 10, 2026, you will be approved to take the Part II examinations in February 2026.

Your exam results will not be released, however, until NABNE receives confirmation from your school, no later than April 30, 2026, that you completed all requirements for graduation. If, by April 30, 2026, NABNE does not receive a letter verifying that you have completed all requirements for graduation, the results from the examination(s) you take in February 2026 will be nullified.
