Order Transcripts
You can submit your request to have an official transcript of your NPLEX results sent to a regulatory authority or other entity by completing the Transcript Request form and submitting a fee of $30. To have an unofficial transcript sent directly to you, you will need to make that indication on the Transcript Request form and include the mailing address to which your transcript should be sent.
Examinee Handbooks
The Examinee Handbooks contain information with which all applicants should be familiar. They describe NABNE policies, guidelines, and recommendations that apply to all applicants who will be taking or retaking the NPLEX.
The Examinee Handbooks are updated prior to each NPLEX administration.
Name Change Form
Use this form to submit your legal name change and supporting documentation.
Address Change Form
Use this form to notify NABNE if your mailing address has changed to ensure you will receive your exam results and other correspondence from NABNE.
